Product Trio
A product manager, a designer and a tech lead who share responsibility for discovery and decisions on one product area. Each covers a different risk: value, usability and feasibility. The term was popularised by Teresa Torres's work on continuous discovery.
Example: Instead of the PM interviewing customers alone and handing over a spec, all three join the weekly customer call. The tech lead hears about a workaround users rely on and spots a two-day fix for something the PM would have scoped as a quarter-long project.
