Psychological Safety
A shared belief within a team that it is safe to raise concerns, admit mistakes, or challenge ideas without punishment or embarrassment. It is a precondition for real collaboration, not a soft nice-to-have.
Example: A team where junior engineers openly flag risks in a senior's design, without hesitation, is showing psychological safety in practice.
