Product-Market Fit
The point where a product satisfies a clear market demand strongly enough that customers stay, pay and bring others without being pushed. It shows up in retention and pull from the market, not in sign-ups or praise.
Example: A startup has 3,000 sign-ups but only 4% are still active after a month. That is interest, not fit. Six months later a narrower product for one type of customer keeps 40% of users after 90 days and gets most new users by referral. That is fit.
