Product-Led Growth (PLG)
A go-to-market approach where the product itself attracts, converts and keeps customers, usually through a free tier or trial people can start without talking to anyone. It works when users can reach real value quickly on their own.
Example: A design tool lets anyone sign up and export three files for free. Users invite teammates to share a file, and by the second week their team hits the free limit, when a paid plan almost sells itself. Nobody spoke to sales before the first value. Sales only joins when a company-wide deal appears.
