Cost of Delay
A way of putting a number or urgency on how much value is lost for every week a feature or fix is delayed. It helps compare priorities that otherwise feel equally important.
Example: A billing bug costing $2,000 a week in failed payments has a clear cost of delay that can be compared directly against a new feature request.
